1:1 Session

There are parts of ourselves we cannot reach through thinking alone.

We can understand our patterns. Analyse our childhood. Know where our wounds came from. And yet still find ourselves carrying the same emotions, repeating the same behaviours and reacting in the same ways.

Because much of what we carry exists beneath the conscious mind.

This is where inner journeying becomes so powerful.

In this session, I will guide you beyond the analytical mind and into the deeper landscape of your subconscious, where emotion, memory, bodily sensation, imagery and symbolism become doorways into deep healing.

Instead of only talking about the wound, we go to where it lives.

And from there, we work with whatever comes up, so that we can bring this fragmented part of you back to wholeness.

This can involve inner child healing, soul retrieval, shadow work, parts work, somatic healing, energy healing, and subconscious reprogramming.

But this work isn't only about healing wounds and trauma, it's about re-accessing your life-force.

When parts of us become wounded, suppressed or disconnected, we can also lose access to the qualities held within them - our creativity, confidence, power, playfulness, capacity for intimacy, self-expression, sense of purpose, and much more.

Inner journeying allows us to bring these lost parts of ourselves home.

As we become more whole, we don't just change how we feel internally. We change how we love, create, relate, express ourselves and move through the world.

No two journeys are the same. I've guided hundreds of people through this kind of work, and I continue to be genuinely amazed by how profound these inner journeys can become, and the impact they can have on someone's life.

These sessions are open to men and women and can be booked individually, rather than committing to a programme.

A sliding-scale payment option is available, meaning you can pay in alignment with your current financial circumstances. No judgement and no questions asked.

If you're in a position where you need to pay the lowest amount, that's more than okay. If you're in a position where you can pay more, your contribution helps make this work accessible to someone who may not otherwise be able to afford it.

Just be honest. 🫶🏻
